I know that this is pretty small potatoes, but today is two weeks without any nicotine lozenges.
I've never actually smoked a cigarette in my life. I had just heard that nicotine lozenges could help me focus, so about four years back I started using them specifically when i was working on a project and needed a little boost.
This gradually expanded to popping in a lozenge before I got out of bed and having one in pretty much continuously until bedtime.
I've "quit" several times, but some stressor would eventually make me cave. I learned during this process that if you let all the nicotine get out of your system and then go back, it feels amazing.
I'm past the physical withdrawal, but psychologically I still yearn for them. I also miss what an appetite suppressant they were.
