Hello new followers, I hope I don’t disappoint you. I want this place to feel like home, where we can escape the Thunderdome and process the world. Where we can post dog pics and recipes and book recommendations. Where we support each other as we get sober, lose weight, embark on new business opportunities, creative endeavors, relationships and travels. I want this to be your oasis of sanity and laughter in an increasingly mad world. A creative outlet where you can share your spirit with us.

Stomach: absolutely not, we’ve been working on this muffin top for years. Sure pregnancy was a boom year for us, but the cheese cravings alone have helped my department grow. We can’t possibly be expected to cut down during these “lean times.”
Hips: yeah what do you expect? A lot of our current staff have really dug in there. Can’t she just be persuaded to buy some new yoga pants. We’re in quarantine after all, who is she trying to impress?
Chest raises hand: excuse me but we’ll ...
Happy Halloween, pham! Tonight we're watching "Darby O'Gill and the Little People" in honor of the late, great Sir Sean Connery and Halloween. It's adorable and fun with just enough spookiness. What are your favorite Halloween movies? Kid-friendly and grown-up edition - go!
