In my post recommending a 1+ hour podcast, I neglected to give all of you these two tidbits, as to why you should care or who the author is:

Michael Shellenberger is a Time Magazine “Hero of the Environment” awardee, and an invited expert reviewer of the next Assessment Report for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC)

The New York Times wrote of his 2018 book that Michael “ Shellenberger persuasively argue(s), environmentalists must stop congratulating themselves for their own willingness to confront inconvenient truths and must focus on building a politics of shared hope rather than relying on a politics of fear.”

Apologies my antiquated device isn’t playing nice with Locals, and I can’t copy hyperlinks, but you can simply Google Robert Bryce The Power Hungry Podcast with Michael Shellenberger

or the book Apocalypse Never: Why Environmental Alarmism Hurts Us All which is #21 in all books at Amazon Top 100, #1 in environmental policy, #1 ...

Hello new followers, I hope I don’t disappoint you. I want this place to feel like home, where we can escape the Thunderdome and process the world. Where we can post dog pics and recipes and book recommendations. Where we support each other as we get sober, lose weight, embark on new business opportunities, creative endeavors, relationships and travels. I want this to be your oasis of sanity and laughter in an increasingly mad world. A creative outlet where you can share your spirit with us.

We might not have any control over the news cycle—but we can control our habits and attitude. It all starts with us. And hopefully a little piece of that will start here.

I have a funny feeling I'm not getting this blanket back

Yesterday I did something I thought I would never do, I voted. I wanted to have my voice heard and this election feels like the most pertinent time to do so. I struggled mightily who I would vote for, Trump, Biden, the burden seemed very heavy.

So I voted for Kanye lol
