OK Foodies, we have a huge rhubarb plant at our new house and my wife Lisa came up with a magical combination of rhubarb, cardamom, vanilla and maple syrup. First she made a crisp, then just a sauce for ice cream. It's next level good.

I found this on YouTube that she said was pretty close... she didn't use lemon, almonds or strawberries, but we'll have to try that next.

Hello new followers, I hope I don’t disappoint you. I want this place to feel like home, where we can escape the Thunderdome and process the world.
