From the archives. A terribly simple filling for an unbaked tart. Use your favorite tart or pie dough formula. I use a sweet tart dough (since I used tart pan), but pie dough or pâte brisée is just fine. If you happen to live with @samanthashahi, get her to bake a shell for you. I hear her brisée is pretty good. The formula below fills one 10" tart shell. A tart pan is shallower than a pie plate, so if you use the latter, think about adjusting the yield. If you're not inclined to wrangle with dough, it could also be used as a fruit dip, or perhaps piped into a glass as a parfait layer. Maybe even cake filling. A teaspoon of citrus zest would be a nice addition.

8 oz. cream cheese (one brick), room temp
2 c plain full-fat Greek yogurt, room temp
4-5 T honey

Hello new followers, I hope I don’t disappoint you. I want this place to feel like home, where we can escape the Thunderdome and process the world. Where we can post dog pics and recipes and book recommendations. Where we support each other as we get sober, lose weight, embark on new business opportunities, creative endeavors, relationships and travels. I want this to be your oasis of sanity and laughter in an increasingly mad world. A creative outlet where you can share your spirit with us.

We might not have any control over the news cycle—but we can control our habits and attitude. It all starts with us. And hopefully a little piece of that will start here.

Never the less, we all three went pheasant hunting yesterday....Something we've done for 40 years or so....The dogs have changed but the three men are the same...albeit scarred, longer haired, and not as combative as we were back when we were teens and dad was a young, carmen working on the railroad, aiming to make sure we had a good life....

This was Saul's second "big hunt" and the first time he got to play first fiddle....He had a few
screw ups...Chased after some other dog's etc... but he finally simmered down...We had a runner, my brother's dog is 10 years old and just couldn't flush the bird...We set Saul ...
