2 hours before I bike to work after 2 days off.

I have a lot on my mind.

1. I love this site as I get content I would have to search days for and I appreciate y'all for that. Y'all post tweets that resonate with me.
2. If you want to change your vibration about your life, use the word appreciate rather than gratitude. Gratitude/Grateful has 2 ends of the stick to it as you can see what you have and what you don't have when you are grateful. With appreciation, it's a vibration of being in that moment. Add the word "NOW" to the end of whatever you appreciate."
"I appreciate my home now."
"I appreciate phetasy dot com now."
3. In terms of the protests, I have been watching, listening to stuff that makes me uncomfortable and that's a good thing. Some of it the content you share some of it I discover on my own. I appreciate that.
4.Support small businesses and shop on Bridget's site. I did and my coffee cup ( I love coffee cups) is being shipped. YAY! I cannot wait to ...

Where we support each other as we get sober, lose weight, embark on new business opportunities, creative endeavors, relationships and travels. We might not have any control over the news cycle—but we can control our habits and attitude. It all starts with us. And hopefully a little piece of that will start here.
