Call me Ishmael. It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. While the King lived in luxury, the people were starving. Suddenly, a pirate ship appeared on the horizon!
Now that that's out of the way, I was born in a city of about 36,000 in Southern Missouri, approximately halfway between St. Louis and Memphis; the only city anywhere near that size between St. Louis and Memphis.
I am the second of three brothers-- both parents and three of my grandparents are still alive as of this writing, and my parents have been married for just over 40 years. They both come from big Catholic families, so I have a lot of uncles, aunts, and cousins on both sides.
Apart from a year when I went to school to study radio broadcasting, I lived in my hometown until I was 35, then moved to a small town about 50 miles north of there in order to live with my intended bride, who I married in 2017.
In early 2019, my wife and I separated and later divorced, and I moved to St. Louis, where I currently reside. Anything else you need to know, just ask, if I don't tell you elsewhere.
